From and to should look like the numbers you actually want. If you type 0.1 to 0.9, you are asking for small values. If you type 0.111 to 111.111, you are asking for a wide spread and more digits to play with. The generator follows the style of what you enter, so extra digits in the inputs give the result more room to vary. If every result looks too round, add more places to the range instead of clicking forever.
